You probably know you can get into good physical shape and be fit but your only problem is that you don’t want to spend 2 hours a day in the gym. Being that I use to spend 2 hours in the gym each day I can tell you that it is a long time to be in there. For a long time I believed the hype that was being sold in the muscle magazines about being fit and being muscular. You know, stuff like “no pain no gain,” and “you just need to work out harder” if you want to want to really get in shape. I am here to tell you that it is all non sense. I’ve switched my training program to the training methods described in the Tower 200 DVD and I am in the best shape I’ve ever been.
Working out Smarter
You see, if you break it down, a workout needs to be intense for your muscles to get a complete workout. What is intensity? Well, it makes sense that the more stress you can place on your muscles while working out, the more intense your workout. You can only stress your muscles hard for a short period of time so your best way to train with intensity is to have short workouts. This and this is where the Tower 200 is going to be your best friend.
The Tower 200 by Body by Jake is based on a power band system that gives you the ability to place constant stress on your muscles. Since it comes with 200 pounds of resistance, you are going to find this more than adequate. It also has straps for both your hands and ankles allowing you to get in quick full body workout. The manual has exercises included but the real cool part is that it also comes with a DVD that has a bunch of routines and more exercises.
How Is The Tower 200 Different Than Regular Machines?
Usually the problem with workout machines for the home is that they take up too much space and they are clunky. It almost like they are furniture.
Well, the Tower 200 is a door gym. It attaches to the back of any door and you can set it up in a few minutes. It comes with both hand and leg straps so doing your workouts will take less time. Since it attaches to the back of your door, it means it takes little to no space and it is also portable. You can take it with you when you travel if you wanted to. No more looking for gyms when you are traveling.
The Tower 200 is being endorsed by MMA former champion Randy Couture. Randy is known for having great endurance and being an extremely intense fighter. With the Tower 200, you will be able to simulate some of the same routines that Randy Couture does on a daily basis, and some of these routines that are on the DVD are named The Beast, The Animal, and The Warrior. One of these workouts is not only super intense, but only take 11 MINUTES to complete.
